Returns:

We accept returns for any unused and unopened products within 15 days of the receiving date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@maskfamilytrading.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@maskfamilytrading.com within 14 days of the receiving date. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the product for a new one.

Shipping:

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product arrives back to us safely.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
