GENERAL

The Mask Family Loyalty Program (“Program”) is organized by Mask Family Trading (“Company”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 

ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open to all individuals who are residents of Malaysia and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. To qualify for membership, applicants must provide valid proof of a minimum purchase of RM50 (inclusive of sales tax and services tax) in a single receipt at any Mask Family store or on the official Mask Family website.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the member who enrolled in the Program. The Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 

EARNING POINTS

Members can earn points through purchases made at any Mask Family store or on the official Mask Family website. The points earned will be based on the amount spent by the member. The Company reserves the right to modify the point system at any time without prior notice. 

REDEEMING REWARDS

Members can redeem their points for rewards as specified on the official Mask Family website. The rewards are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to substitute or modify the rewards at any time without prior notice. 

EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Points earned through the Program will expire 12 months from the date of the qualifying purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify the expiration policy at any time without prior notice. 

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Company reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of the terms and conditions of the Program, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Program. The Company also reserves the right to revoke any rewards earned through the Program if the Company determines that the member engaged in fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions of the Program to ensure they are aware of any changes.
